Closing stock for TikTok Shop sellers

TikTok Shop shows the stock you hold now in each warehouse. Export your products on the year end date to get that day’s quantities, then add what each product cost and any stock you hold elsewhere¹. If the year end has passed, work back from a count or today’s figures, keeping your workings².

Adding up the count

The export lists each SKU (“Seller SKU”) once per warehouse. Add the warehouses together for each product, then multiply by what one unit cost you: the supplier’s price plus shipping, duty and delivery to the warehouse¹. Leave out TikTok Shop’s commission and fulfilment fees.
