How it works it out
- The review period ends 12 months after the company was incorporated, for its first statement, or 12 months after the confirmation date on its last statement1.
- The deadline is 14 days after the review period ends1,2.
- Filing early sets a new confirmation date, and the next review period starts the day after it1. The checker shows the one after this, if you file it made up to the date shown.
- Looking a company up reads its last confirmation date from the register3.
