Notify or withdraw a PSC statement
When a company has no person with significant control, or cannot yet register one (a notice not answered, a restrictions notice), it says so on its PSC register and tells Companies House with form PSC08 within 14 days. Once the statement stops being true, PSC09 withdraws it. Fileyear files both.

Questions directors ask
When does a company say it has no PSC?
When no one holds more than 25% of the shares or votes, can appoint most of the board, or has significant influence or control, and no company that would count does either.
When do I withdraw a statement?
As soon as it stops being true: for example once a PSC is registered (with PSC01 or PSC02), or a restrictions notice is lifted.
