Questions directors ask
Does a PSC who is also a director verify twice?
No. They verify once and get one personal code. The company gives it for each role: on the confirmation statement as a director, and on this statement as a PSC.
What about a company that is a PSC?
A relevant legal entity does not get a personal code itself. This statement is for people.
