Use the contact page to tell Fileyear who your business helps and how you plan to introduce the software. Fileyear supplies the code and its expiry. Do not invent a code, promise a commission or describe a government fee as discounted.

What directors do

They enter their limited company, give Fileyear its figures, review the prepared filing and confirm their email before payment. The checkout shows the fee, the 10% saving, government fees and final amount before they pay.

Use Fileyear instead of an accountant for supported filings. It is software, not tax advice or an accountant review. A partner introduction does not change the director’s responsibility to check and approve the figures.

Keep the introduction clear

Describe Fileyear as independent software. Do not use Companies House or HMRC branding in a way that implies endorsement. Share the actual expiry date and price reduction without countdowns or claims that every company is eligible.

Who is a partner code for?

Formation businesses, registered-office providers and other businesses introducing UK limited-company directors to Fileyear. Contact Fileyear to arrange a code before sharing one.

What does the director save?

Ten per cent of Fileyear’s fee, rounded down to whole pence. Companies House fees are passed through unchanged. A checkout can use one code.

How long does a code last?

Three calendar months from issue, until the end of its expiry day in UK time. Its expiry is shown in the account’s codes page. Each company can use it once.

Does this let me file for clients?

No. The director uses Fileyear to prepare and file their company’s filings. The accountancy plan is a planned feature and is not offered at launch.
